We can accept changes or cancellations of the order details after the order is confirmed before the product is ready for shipment. Please contact us using the inquiry form.
If the shipment is already ready when you contact us, we will not be able to change or cancel your order. Please note.

◇ About returns and exchanges

Basically, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective. If the item is defective, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of arrival.
